In order to associate a device with a bookable desk or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) room, a device must first be discovered in the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro management portal. Admins can manually import the devices information - Product ID (PID), Vendor ID (VID), and serial number - to surface them.
