Currently, after taking an action like delete or archive on a Microsoft Outlook email, users are returned to the message list. With this rollout, we are adding a setting that will allow users to choose to advance to the next email after instead of returning to the message list. When this will happen:iOS General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out mid-August 2024 and expect to complete by mid-September 2024. Android: General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late October 2024 and expect to complete by late November 2024. How this will affect your organization:The new setting will be available in Settings > Mail > Email Auto-Advance: This feature is available to all Outlook Mobile users by default, but users must enable the feature in Settings before it takes effect. What you need to do to prepare:This rollout will happen automatically. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate. |
