If your organization does not have frontline workers, you can ignore this message. Coming soon for the Shifts app in Microsoft Teams, we will expand the functionality of the time clock export report by adding additional fields from Shifts. This enhancement provides you with a more comprehensive and detailed view of your scheduling data, making it easier to analyze and manage workforce activities. This message applies to Teams for web, Windows, and Mac desktops. When this will happen:General Availability (Worldwide, GCC): We will begin rolling out late February 2025 (previously mid-January) and expect to complete by early March 2025 (previously late January). How this will affect your organization:To take advantage of the expanded functionality of the time clock export report, familiarize yourself with the new fields added from Shifts. Review your current reporting processes and update any relevant documentation or training materials to incorporate these changes. This change will be on by default. What you need to do to prepare:This rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required before the rollout. You may want to notify your users about this change. |
