Summary
                Microsoft Teams Phone will introduce a Shared call history feature, allowing users to view call history on shared lines. The rollout has been updated to begin from mid-March 2025, with completion by late March 2025 for Worldwide and GCC, mid to late April for GCC High, and mid to late May for DoD. Users should update Teams phone devices and set up shared lines to prepare.

Coming soon for Microsoft Teams Phone devices: The Shared call history feature will enable users to view the call history of shared lines, providing a comprehensive overview of all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls across shared lines.

When this will happen:

General Availability (Worldwide, GCC): We will begin rolling out this feature from mid-March 2025 (previously mid-January) and expect to complete by late March 2025 (previously late January).

General Availability (GCC High): We will begin rolling out this feature from mid-April 2025 (previously mid-February) and expect to complete by late April 2025 (previously late February).

General Availability (DoD): We will begin rolling out this feature from mid-May 2025 and expect to complete by late May 2025

What you need to do to prepare:

Please ensure that your Teams phone devices are updated with the latest application to get access to the new features mentioned above. The features listed above will ONLY be available with the latest application update. 

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. Review your current configuration to determine the impact for your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
