We are adding a new feature in the Microsoft 365 Copilot usage report to provide insights into the active usage of Microsoft Copilot agents built by your organization. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is not required to view the reports. When this will happen:General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out mid-December 2024 and expect to complete by early January 2025. How this will affect your organization:If you use the Microsoft 365 Copilot usage report in Microsoft 365 admin center, you will see new metrics for active agent users on the existing Usage tab, and a new tab called Agents showing the active agents built by your organization, which includes agents that were approved by admin and user-created agents. The Microsoft 365 Copilot usage report displays the number of unique Microsoft 365 Copilot users in your org, who used agents built by your org, and summary and trend charts: The Copilot report's new Agents tab shows adoption and usage of agents built by your organization: This change will be available by default. What you need to do to prepare:This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. You may want to notify any admins that manage agents on the Integrated apps page about this feature and update any relevant documentation. |
